Interesting facts
Ak Bastau Prima 2015 is a wine that has already become traditional. It emerged as a continuation of the idea of Ak Bastau and represents a more complex dry blend of white varieties, for which the best wines are selected and aged in the finest barrels. The wine has refined yet strict aromas. It is difficult to highlight dominant notes, as the interplay of aromas changes with the sensation of various grape varieties: Riesling, Oksereua, Chardonnay, and Aligoté. The wine balances well between acidity and fruitiness, leaving a good long finish.
About the Manufacturer
Arba Wine is a winery located 70 km from Almaty, at the foot of the Zailiyskiy Alatau. Among the vineyards is a Scythian mound, where archaeological excavations were conducted in 1959. Among many finds, attention was drawn to an amphora — a jug with wine sediment. The company's name is associated with an ancient symbol of travel — the arba (cart). The label depicts a warrior, symbolizing the strength and courage of the Saka culture. Today, Arba Wine's products are conquering new horizons, as evidenced by numerous medals and awards from various international competitions.
