About the Manufacturer
The Dubliner is part of the Quintessential Brands company. Other enterprises in the group include G&J Greenall, Alize, Essential Drinks. The Dakin family, who founded the distillery, had close friendly and working relations with the Greenall family. In 1870, the distillery was managed by the Greenall family, and the name was changed to G & J Greenall, which became synonymous with quality gin. The distillery remained in the hands of the Greenall family, passing from one generation to another. By 1960, due to the increasing popularity of gin, production was moved to a larger building opposite the Greenall brewery. In the following decades, the company experienced impressive growth, including the launch of "Vladivar" vodka in 1971. Today, the international group Quintessential Brands has a solid portfolio with a wide range of spirits and liqueurs.
