"Tselovalnik" is a Russian organic premium vodka created by El Copitas Bar, the most awarded bar team in Eastern Europe, ranked 8th in the international bar ranking The World’s 50 Best Bars, making St. Petersburg, where the bar is located, an important point on the global gastronomic map. The "Tselovalnik" project was conceived by bartenders Igor Zernov, Artem Peruk, and Nikolai Kiselev, individuals who know everything about alcohol and the hospitality industry, and implemented at the "Veresk" factory. Vodka "Tselovalnik" is produced to order according to an author’s recipe. It uses 70% organic wheat and 30% organic rye, grown near the factory, as well as mineral water from the unique Kashinsky artesian spring. The special softness and purity of the drink are achieved through triple filtration through charcoal and double filtration through quartz sand. Due to its softness and elegance, the vodka is ideal both neat and in cocktails. The history of the name "Tselovalnik" is as unique as its composition. In the Russian Empire in the 19th century, a Tselovalnik was the owner of a tavern, who not only served drinks but also was responsible for all the establishment's economic activities. A special initiation ceremony preceded the assumption of office. The future head of the tavern took an oath to perform his duties diligently and honestly, sealing his words with a kiss of the cross, hence the name — Tselovalnik. Therefore, vodka "Tselovalnik" is not only a high-quality Russian product but also a symbol of well-done work, a mark of quality. Tselovalniks were the first bartenders in Russia. The history of the "Veresk" factory began in the 19th century under the name Kashinsky State Wine Warehouse No. 3. The initial production volumes were impressive — its annual turnover in 1901 amounted to almost 100 thousand buckets of vodka. Russian traditions and the generosity of nature laid the foundation for the bitter and sweet tinctures that the Kashinsky distillery began to produce from herbs, roots, fresh berries, honey, and unique Kashin water. In 1992, the factory was renamed "Veresk", symbolizing the naturalness of all produced products, adherence to traditional Russian recipes and traditions. Today, the factory's capabilities and the developments of Veresk's technologists allow for the production of more than 50 types of alcoholic beverages. The "Veresk" factories are equipped with the latest German and Italian technology, including unique devices that make it possible to create natural products of the highest quality. "Veresk" has become a symbol of trust for many consumers and has won numerous gold medals and stars, trophies from the main Russian exhibition "Prodexpo". This effect is achieved thanks to the use of unique Italian equipment that allows for the use of only ultraviolet rays for bactericidal purification, rather than filtration.
