Vodka "Arkhi" is an exclusive national Mongolian drink. The base of "Arkhi" vodka is the purest "Alpha" spirit made from selected wheat grain. The spirit undergoes a 6-stage purification process through carbon, quartz, and silver filters, as well as additional purification through a diamond filter. The spirit is diluted with pure spring water sourced from the company's own well, located at a depth of 179 meters. Additional filtration removes micro-impurities and results in a soft taste and exceptional freshness. Vodka "Arkhi" has participated in and won numerous international exhibitions and competitions. This drink has a long history and centuries-old traditions. Traditionally, Arkhi was produced by Mongolians at home through the distillation of fermented milk. This choice of raw material was due to the history of the Mongolian people, who did not have the opportunity to grow grain and engaged in animal husbandry. Vodka was created based on ayran — a low-alcohol milk mash made from sour milk, starter, and curdled milk. Over the course of a week, ayran was distilled in a special apparatus, acquiring the strength characteristic of classic alcohol. Many years later, Arkhi began to be produced and marketed on an industrial scale in modern factories with innovative technologies, but to this day, Mongolians still make vodka using the classic method according to ancient customs. Europeans have dubbed this drink "clever water", as it has a high strength but tastes like whey, and its strength is hardly felt while drinking. Mongolians prefer to taste the drink neat from small bowls.
