About the Manufacturer
Pertois-Moriset is a family business founded in 1951 by Yves Pertois and Janine Moriset. Yves and Janine come from two ancient winemaking families in the Côte des Blancs. They combined the efforts and know-how of both families to produce exquisite, luxurious Champagne wines. Today, the Pertois-Moriset house is run by Yves and Janine's granddaughter, Cécile, and her husband, Vincent. The vineyards cover 20.7 hectares and consist of two parts: the Côte des Blancs Grand Cru of about 13.4 hectares planted with Chardonnay vines; the Côte des Blancs of about 7.30 hectares is planted 60% with Pinot Noir and 40% with Chardonnay.
