Interesting facts
The grapes were harvested at peak ripeness in the early morning hours to maximize fruit expression. The fruit was then immediately crushed and sent to a tank for cooling before yeast inoculation. The wines fermented slowly over 2 weeks at a temperature of around 13°C. Throughout the winemaking process, the wines were stored in an environment with nearly zero oxygen to preserve color and intense fruit aromas.
