"Argeo" Prosecco DOC Brut Rose is an exquisite dry sparkling rosé wine made from Glera (Prosecco) and Pinot Noir grapes. The berries grow on dolomitic ridges in the northern part of the Treviso province. Harvesting takes place in the second half of September. At the winery, the fruits undergo vinification at a controlled temperature of 18 °C for 8 days. Slow refermentation in large closed tanks occurs at a temperature of 12-14 °C. Before serving, the sparkling wine is recommended to be chilled to 5-7 °C.
