Interesting facts
Rose "Il Fresco" is a rosé sparkling wine made from red and white grape varieties grown in the northeastern regions of Italy. The harvest is pressed whole bunches in a pneumatic press. Primary fermentation takes place in stainless steel containers, and secondary fermentation using the Charmat method occurs in autoclaves. When the required level of alcohol and sugar is reached, fermentation is stopped by cooling. The wine is then aged on fine lees for 2 months and bottled under pressure.
