Les Grands Chais de France (GCF) is a group of companies founded in Petersbach in 1979 by Joseph Helfrich. The main location of the companies is in the Vosges du Nord (Southern France). Today, Les Grands Chais de France is a large and successful company specializing in the production of quality French wine, mainly for export (over 70% of production). GCF owns vineyards in many of France's wine regions, including Alsace, the Loire Valley, Bordeaux (Landiras), Beaujolais (P. Desvignes), and Languedoc-Roussillon (Domaine de la Baume). A distinctive feature of GCF is its commitment to preserving long-standing traditions while combining them with innovations in the world of winemaking. This is achieved thanks to the vast experience of over 1,200 employees. The annual turnover of Les Grands Chais de France is around 700 million euros. Production volume is about 1,000,000 bottles per day. The company's production facilities cover 12.8 hectares.
