Global Spirits is the largest international alcoholic holding in Eastern Europe. The company was founded in 2008 and combines specialized assets in the alcoholic industry of Ukraine, Russia, and the USA. The deal to purchase the plant was concluded in the spring of 2011. After modernization, the enterprise began producing liqueur and vodka products. — LVZ Khortytsia (Khortytsia, Ukraine) — the leading enterprise in Ukraine for the production of liqueur and vodka products. In December 2003, the first batch of Khortytsia products rolled off the assembly line. It is the only enterprise in the industry in Ukraine built from scratch according to a unique project. — Odessa Cognac Factory (Odessa, Ukraine) — the oldest cognac enterprise in the industry. Its history dates back to 1863 and owes its fame to the legendary dynasty of entrepreneurs Shustovs. The Odessa Cognac Factory is a full-cycle cognac production enterprise using classic French technology. It owns significant areas of its own elite vineyards (about 1000 ha) and the oldest park of cognac barrels (15,000 units). — Crimean Wine House (Feodosia, Crimea) — a modern winemaking enterprise located in the southeast of the Crimean Peninsula. The Crimean Wine House produces ordinary, aged, sparkling wines, and vermouths. The enterprise provides a full production cycle: from grape growing to bottling. The brand portfolio of Global Spirits includes such popular trademarks as Khortytsia, Morosha, Pervak, Medovukha, Krymski, Oreanda, Odessa, Chernomorski, Tetri, and others. Today, the holding's products are sold in more than 85 countries worldwide. The largest representations of the Global Spirits holding are located in Moscow (Russia), Kyiv (Ukraine), and New York (USA).
