Interesting facts
Lanson, Le White Label Sec is a unique and one-of-a-kind champagne, specially created by the House of Lanson under a new concept of endless aromatic experiments. The wine blend consists of three grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, grown on the 50 best vineyards in the Champagne region. No malolactic fermentation was conducted to preserve the natural fruity aromas. The champagne underwent a 3-year aging on its lees in the cellars of the House of Lanson. The dosage (the addition of a special liqueur, the sugar content of which determines the sweetness level of the future wine) of the champagne is 32 g/l, allowing the aromatic nuances to circulate, thus fully revealing its character.
About the Manufacturer
The House of Lanson is one of the oldest champagne houses in France, founded in 1760 by one of the knights of the Maltese Order — Jean-Baptiste Lanson. This fact explains the presence of the Maltese cross as the coat of arms and symbol of this House. The champagnes of the House of Lanson have gained international recognition for their magnificent quality and extraordinarily fresh taste.
