The vineyards are located on the hills of northern Italy, near Venice. These vineyards are a UNESCO World Heritage site. Significant temperature fluctuations between day and night create the perfect microclimate, giving the wine a unique refinement, pleasant freshness, and intense aroma of golden apples and acacia flowers. In addition to conventional cultivation methods, the buds are carefully pruned to allow the grapes to ripen optimally. Production is kept at a very low level to ensure the grapes are richer in aromas.
