Valdo Cuvee i Magredi DOC Extra Dry

"Cuvee i Magredi" Prosecco Extra Dry is an elegant prosecco made from Glera grapes grown on the I Magredi winery's plots at an altitude of 80-100 meters above sea level. The vinification of the drink also takes place at the I Magredi winery, while aging occurs in Valdo's cellars in Valdobbiadene. "Cuvee i Magredi" is a unique combination of the Friuli Grave DOC terroir, where the I Magredi winery is located, the high professionalism of the Valdo team, and the long-standing traditions of sparkling wine production. Thanks to this, "Cuvee i Magredi" is a sparkling wine with a strong personality that rightfully complements Valdo's exclusive collection. The label of the sparkling wine clearly references the iconic round vineyard of the I Magredi winery. The harvest for the wine is done by hand, at the winery the grapes are lightly pressed, and the must is fermented in steel tanks at a temperature of 16 °C. Secondary fermentation according to the Charmat-Martinotti method takes place in large sealed autoclaves for 3 months. Before being released to the market, the wine is aged for some time in bottles in the winery's cellars.
