Interesting facts
"GreenLife" Sauvignon Blanc is a dry white wine characterized by the typical Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc notes of tropical fruits (mango, passion fruit, guava). After harvesting, the grapes are pressed whole bunches. The resulting juice is settled at low temperatures and fermented in temperature-controlled tanks to preserve freshness and piercing acidity. Malolactic fermentation is not allowed for the same purpose. The wine matures for 3 months in stainless steel tanks on fine lees before bottling.
