About the Manufacturer
The owners of Mud House winery traveled the world for many years before settling in New Zealand two decades ago, falling in love with the country. They planted premium vines in various soils carefully selected for each variety. This allowed Mud House to produce wines that truly express their place of origin. The estate's winemakers ensure that the grapes achieve optimal ripeness and varietal expression. The winemakers capture the essence of the grapes and terroir, producing distinctive wines highly regarded by wine lovers worldwide and professionals alike. The estate has two wineries—one in Marlborough and one in the Waipara Valley. This allows the Mud House winemaking team, led by winemaker Ben Glover, to work more flexibly, employing both traditional and new winemaking methods.
