About the Manufacturer
Pertois-Moriset is a family business founded in 1951 by Yves Pertois and Janine Moriset. Yves and Janine come from two ancient winemaking families in Côte de Blanc. They combined the efforts and know-how of both families to produce exquisite, luxurious champagnes. Today, the Pertois-Moriset house is run by the granddaughter of Yves and Janine, Cécile, and her husband, Vincent. The vineyards cover an area of 20.7 hectares, consisting of two parts: the Côte de Blanc Grand Cru of about 13.4 hectares is planted with Chardonnay vines; the Côte de Blanc of about 7.30 hectares is planted 60% with Pinot Noir and 40% with Chardonnay.
