Ciroc

The amazingly smooth vodka "Ciroc" belongs to the "super-premium" category. It is made using only selected grape varieties, Mauzac Blanc and Ugni Blanc, grown in the unique conditions of Gallia, near the medieval village of Cordes-sur-Ciel. Here, the traditions of grape growing are respected, following the techniques of Benedictine monks established in the 10th century, and the harvest is done exclusively by hand. The production of "Ciroc" vodka features cold fermentation and five distillations in small copper pot stills, similar to those used for cognac. This ensures a delicate, smooth taste and maximum preservation of the grape aroma. Special attention is also given to the cold maceration process, which gives the vodka a subtle citrus note. In March 2010, "Ciroc" vodka was awarded a Double Gold medal at the prestigious "San Francisco World Spirits Competition," confirming its highest quality and unique taste characteristics.
