"Summum" is a classic vodka made from the purest water from the Gensac-la-Pallue springs and selected wheat from the Beauce region. Thanks to five-time distillation, multi-stage filtration and modern cold stabilization, the vodka achieves the highest purity of no more than 2gr/hl. Distillation is carried out exclusively by hand.
