A delicate, refined, aromatic Prosecco made from Glera and Pinot Noir grapes from a biodynamic vineyard with clay-limestone soil. After slow fermentation of the must, the wine is aged on fine lees in cement tanks for six months. In spring, it undergoes secondary fermentation in a high-pressure tank (using the Martinotti method), after which the yeast is removed within one to two months through filtration. This production method is crucial for achieving a fresh, clean aroma and a dynamic yet subtle taste.
