The Boss Rosé is a rosé prosecco made from Glera and Pinot Noir grapes, organic and vegan. From harvesting grapes at different times to achieve greater aroma diversity to light skin contact for the time needed to achieve the desired color, followed by fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature of 18 °C, this special rosé wine is the result of the Charmat method, lasting 2 months in autoclave.
