Interesting facts
Cipriani Prosecco Rose Gabriella is an elegant rosé prosecco from Italy, named after Gabriella Mondo, who was the daughter-in-law of Giuseppe Cipriani Sr. and sister of his beloved wife, Giulietta. For over 30 years, she lovingly managed the Locanda Cipriani winery on the island of Torcello. This rosé prosecco is dedicated to her. The prosecco is produced using an innovative vinification method, where the must is cooled to 0 °C, and subsequent fermentation occurs at 15 °C. The wine is created by blending red and white grape varieties. This allows the wine to enhance and preserve the aromas of pear, strawberry, raspberry, and violet. For optimal grape ripening, in addition to standard cultivation methods, buds are carefully pruned and leaves are removed.
