The Ippolito winery, with over 170 years of history, is the oldest winery still in operation today in Calabria. Located in the historic center of Ciro Marina, the heart of Calabria's viticulture, the company encompasses over 100 hectares of agricultural land situated among hills and sunny plains by the Ionian Sea, in the classic Ciro area. The company's mission has always been to restore and enhance local grape varieties such as Gaglioppo, Greco Bianco, Calabrese, Pecorello, and finally, Black Greco. Through continuous research, the use of innovative technologies, and direct control of all production processes, we achieve elegance, exclusivity, and quality in our wines, reflecting the identity of the territory.
