Focused on producing Prosecco, it is characterized by the high quality of its products, as evidenced by this Valdobbiadene Superiore Extra Dry DOCG. Carefully selected Glera grapes are fermented at a controlled temperature of 18 to 20°C for 15-20 days, followed by a traditional second fermentation.
