Prosecco "Montelvini" Promosso Prosecco DOC, Extra Dry is a white sparkling dry wine, soft, delicate on the palate, and very aromatic. The wine is made from Glera grapes, carefully and lovingly harvested. During vinification, the grapes are fermented and subjected to slow maceration in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures with the addition of selected yeasts.
About the Manufacturer
Since 1881, the history of the Treviso region has been inextricably linked with the history of the Serena family, the founders of the Montelvini winery. The work and passion for their craft have passed from father to son through five generations. However, the current president of Montelvini, Armando Serena, broke with family business tradition and built a new winery on a plot of land in Venegazzu. It is at this facility that the wines which have become a benchmark for Italian wines are produced. Today, Montelvini wines are distinguished by their unique style, combining winemaking traditions with innovation, and the highest quality.
