"Origine" Brut is produced according to an original recipe that has been passed down from generation to generation since 1926. The harvest begins in September. After carefully selecting grapes from the best plots, the berries are gently pressed and fermented at controlled temperatures. During aging, the wine undergoes the Charmat method with a primary three-month aging in stainless steel tanks and a secondary aging in bottles for 3 months. "Origine" Brut combines pride in the past, faith in the future, and innovative design.
