"Nuala" Sauvignon Blanc is a classic white wine from the Marlborough region. The grapes here are harvested only at optimal ripeness. Fruits from each plot undergo vinification separately to ensure a wide selection for blending. The berries are gently pressed, and the juice is left to settle in the cold. Fermentation with special yeast strains is also conducted at lower temperatures to enhance the unique aromatic and taste qualities. After fermentation, different batches of wine are aged on fine lees and then blended. The finished wine is filtered and bottled.
