Interesting facts
Domaine de Cazaban, "Jours De Vigne" Pays d`Aude IGP is a dry red wine made from Grenache Noir, Carignan, and Syrah grapes. The berries grow on the estate's vineyards, which are situated on clay-limestone soils. The vines are 25 years old. Harvesting is done manually at the optimal ripeness of the berries, and the fruits are sorted at the winery. Vinification is carried out using a gravity method, preserving the quality and integrity of the grapes. Maceration lasts for 6-8 days. The wine is aged in half-muids of the Stockinger type and is bottled at the end of April. The annual production volume is approximately 15,000 bottles.
