Interesting facts
"Anas-Cetta" is a historic wine from the Novello commune, with the first mention dating back to the second half of the 19th century. Elvio Cogno, gathering information on winemaking from old winemakers, began limited production of "Anas-Cetta" in 1994 using ancient recipes. The Naschetta grape vines grow in the Novello commune at an altitude of 350 meters above sea level. The fermentation and aging of the 2017 vintage on the lees took place in stainless steel tanks for six months. Thanks to this prolonged contact of the must with the lees, the wine has acquired creaminess and a creamy structure, with a bouquet of aromas filled with the freshness of stone fruits, melon, and yellow apples.
