Interesting facts
"Anas-Cetta" is a historic wine from the Novello commune, with the first mention dating back to the second half of the 19th century. Elvio Cogno, gathering information on winemaking from old winemakers, began limited production of "Anas-Cetta" in 1994 based on ancient recipes. The Nas-cetta grapevines grow in the Novello commune at an altitude of 350 meters above sea level. Fermentation and aging on the lees occur in stainless steel tanks for 6 months. Due to this prolonged contact of the must with the lees, the wine's taste acquires creaminess and a creamy structure, with a bouquet of aromas filled with the freshness of stone fruits, melons, and yellow apples.
