Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures with automatic pumping. This is followed by post-fermentation maceration lasting 30 days. The wine is aged in large Slovenian oak barrels for 24 months. Finally, the wine undergoes bottle aging for another 6 months. The wine is not filtered before bottling.
