Vollereaux Brut Reserve AOC
Yellow with golden highlights and refined perlage.
Fresh and rich, woven from notes of white fruits, honey, and apricot.
Rich, round, and fresh, with an elastic texture, fruity-floral notes, and a long finish.
Champagne is an excellent aperitif. It also pairs harmoniously with lobster in creamy sauce, crayfish in grapefruit broth, scallop carpaccio, and poultry with truffles in cream sauce.

About the Manufacturer
Born into a family of winemakers, Victor Vollereaux moved to Pierry et Moussy after the Great War in 1805. He decided to create his own unique champagne that could win anyone's heart. Thus, the Vollereaux house was born. In 1923, Victor presented the first batch of champagne among friends. The sparkling wines were highly appreciated by his loved ones, and Victor, inspired by the success, continued to experiment. Today, the Vollereaux champagne house is managed by the sixth generation of the family, Frank Vollereaux. The total area of the vineyards is 40 hectares, where three traditional varieties are grown — Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. Each stage of champagne production is carried out under the careful supervision of leading specialists.
