Interesting facts
Champagne Adam-Jaeger, Blanc de Blancs Brut — a classic white champagne with a delicate aroma and elegant, dynamic taste. Its hallmark is the incredible harmony between taste and aroma. The wine is produced from Chardonnay grapes grown in the commune of Berru (Marne department). The Berru mountain, standing at 267 meters, creates special terroir conditions that favor vineyard ventilation by northeastern winds, positively influencing the cultivation of Chardonnay for Blanc de Blanc champagne. After fermentation, the wine is aged on its lees for 4-5 years.
About the Manufacturer
The Champagne Adam-Jaeger house was born from the merger of two families: the Adam family, three generations of whom lived in Berru, and the Jaeger family, four generations of whom resided in the commune of Ruy in the Marne department. The merger combined 6 hectares of Adam vineyards and 1 hectare of Jaeger vineyards. The company's vineyards are located in three Champagne terroirs — Mont de Berru, Vallée de la Marne, and Côte des Bars. Their generosity and diversity allow the Adam-Jaeger house to create a wide range of champagnes with different flavors.
