Cancello dell’Alba – translates from Italian as the Gates of Dawn, made 100% from Merlot red grapes. Its delicate, pink color, shimmering with orange hues in the light, is acquired during the maceration of the Merlot skins with the grape juice for a day. The aroma of the rosé combines gentle floral notes with hints of white peach and strawberry, while the elegant taste is expressed in lively acidity and shades of red fruits.

Cipriani is an Italian company located in Veneto, representing a winemaking cooperative. It includes grape growers and winemakers from Treviso.
