Notes of red apple peel, strawberries, crushed chalk, and a light hint of brioche unfold.
Textured, with a mousse-like foam and fresh acidity. A wonderful balance between ripe red fruits, salty minerality, and a solid acidic backbone leads to a long, persistent finish.
The structure and spicy complexity of this champagne make it an excellent complement to tuna tartare sprinkled with sesame and citrus zest, and seafood.

About the Manufacturer
Frederic Savart is a star of Champagne, a gifted hereditary winemaker obsessed with natural wines created in harmony with nature. The family winery was founded by Frederic's grandfather in 1947 and passed to the current owner in 2005. If the philosophy of the Champagne House could be expressed in one phrase, it would be: "The best wines come from the best grapes." That is why great attention is paid to vineyard work, where intervention in natural processes is minimal, allowing the grapes to express the characteristics of the terroir to the fullest. The company owns 4 hectares of vineyards located in Écueil and Villers-aux-Noeuds, of which 3.5 hectares are dedicated to Pinot Noir, while the remaining area is planted with Chardonnay. No dosage liqueur is added during wine production, and no filtration or fining is applied, making each cuvée unique in its naturalness.
