The Blanc de Blancs champagne from Delamotte is produced exclusively from Chardonnay grapes grown in Grand Cru vineyards in the Côte des Blancs. Thanks to light dosage and a small addition of reserve wines (maximum 10%), the purity of taste and mineral character of this champagne are preserved. After 4-5 years of aging in the cellar, this Blanc de Blancs reveals astonishing refinement and mineral roundness.
About the Manufacturer
The Delamotte house, located in the heart of Côte de Blanc, is one of the five oldest houses in Champagne. Founded in 1760, it remains a family business that favors traditional production methods and closely monitors the quality of its products. This is why Delamotte produces no more than 50,000 bottles a year, using only grapes from its own vineyards. This guarantees the unique individuality of the sparkling wine style.
