Interesting facts
Minami wine is the flagship wine of Casa Rojo, receiving the highest international ratings. It is produced in Tierra de Murcia, the homeland of Casa Rojo, located at an altitude of over 500 meters in southern Spain, near the Mediterranean Sea. Here, the warm climate and even desert-like features make it extremely suitable for grape varieties such as Grenache, Monastrell, and Syrah. This wine was aged for 1 year in amphorae and then 24 months in French and American oak barrels, ensuring at least another year of aging in the bottle. Minami is the flagship wine of Casa Rojo, receiving the highest international ratings.
