Interesting facts
Champagne Laurent Lequart, "Heritiere" Extra Brut is an elegant white Extra Brut made from Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir grapes. This is the historic cuvée of the Lequart House, inherited from Claude Lequart in 1985, hence its name "The Heiress." The grapes for this champagne are harvested manually in three villages: Passy-Grigny, Saint-Gemme, and Verneuil. Primary fermentation and malolactic fermentation take place in steel tanks. The wine is then filtered and bottled for secondary fermentation and aging for 30 months.
