Interesting facts
"Marca Oro" is an extra dry white wine that is one of the gems of the Valdo collection. "Marca Oro" belongs to the classic wines of Valdo. The success of this wine lies largely in the fact that the grapes for it are grown in the Valdobbiadene area, on south-facing plots at an altitude of 100 to 300 meters above sea level. The vineyard soils are calcareous-clayey. The harvest period begins in the second half of September. After harvesting, the grapes are subjected to gentle pressing and fermentation with carefully selected yeasts at a controlled temperature. The wine is then aged for 3 months in stainless steel tanks and another 2 months in bottles. "Marca Oro" is recommended to be served at a temperature of 6-7°C. The cooling should be gradual, without sudden temperature changes.
