Gosset Brut Grand Rose
The Champagne is a vivid salmon-pink color with a ruby tint.
The Champagne has a complex aroma, initially revealing hints of fresh summer fruits combined with notes of forest berries (strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant) and sweet hints of spices, cinnamon, and nutmeg. As the aroma develops, notes of butter and fresh toast emerge, finishing with hints of mandarin zest and roasted almonds.
The Champagne has a rather full-bodied taste with a soft hint of caramel, a supple and light structure, and a pronounced acidity.
The Champagne pairs beautifully with sea fish, such as sea bass or sunfish with a spicy garnish, crushed tomatoes, and olives, or with complex sauces. It also complements young rabbit meat with a spicy sauce and foie gras. The Champagne also pairs well with desserts, such as light cakes (sponge cake with fruit) or red berry jelly with syrup.

About the Manufacturer
The House of Gosset has produced wine continuously through 15 generations, remaining in the hands of a single family. It was only in 1994 that the estate was bought by entrepreneur Renaud Cointreau, and the new owner became Béatrice Cointreau. Connoisseurs of Gosset wine quickly became convinced that the quality of the wine remained at the highest level and that there was no cause for concern. The winemaker, Béatrice, herself came from a family with deep winemaking roots; her mother was the granddaughter of the famous Philippe Frapin. She continued the traditions of the House, complementing them with modern scientific developments.
