The wine is made from Shiraz grapes grown in one of Italy's best wine regions, Sicily. The harvest is machine-harvested in early autumn. Vinification traditionally takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Stabilization and aging of the wine also take place in stainless steel tanks.
