Interesting facts
Valdo, "Aquarius" Blanc de Blancs Extra Dry is much more than just a sparkling wine; it is an ode to creativity and the beauty of ocean depths. The cuvée is made from carefully selected Garganega and Glera grapes to ensure a unique balance of freshness and complexity. Each sip reveals a bouquet of fruity aromas, an elegant dance of bubbles that transports you deep into the magical world of Aquarius. The grapes for this wine are grown in the best, predominantly flat areas in northeastern Italy. After careful sorting, gentle pressing is followed by fermentation at controlled temperatures. Secondary fermentation is carried out using the Charmat method and lasts for 3 months. Before release, the sparkling wine spends some time in bottles. It should be served at a temperature of 6-7 °C. It is best to cool the bottle gradually, avoiding sharp temperature changes, as well as prolonged storage in the refrigerator.
