About the Manufacturer
Located at the foot of the Noir mountain, a few kilometers north of Carcassonne, Domaine de Cazaban spans 22 hectares. The vineyards are cultivated according to organic farming practices (since 2010). Since 2013, 13 hectares of vineyards have been converted to biodynamics (Demeter certified). The cultivation of the vines is carried out with special care and meticulousness. In addition to wine production, Domaine de Cazaban offers tourism services. The estate features several cozy cottages and a swimming pool. Additionally, wine tastings can be conducted right at the winery.
