Interesting facts
At the moment of optimal ripeness, the grapes for the wine are harvested exclusively by hand. After harvesting, the grapes are transported to the winery by the fastest route. Here, the berries are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in large wooden barrels at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 30 months in French oak barrels.
