About the Manufacturer
Dominique Moreau began her first steps in viticulture in 2001 when she rented a small vineyard, which she later purchased. In 2005, she established her own domain in Polisy, Côte de Bar, the southern part of the Champagne region, where warmer temperatures prevail. Starting with 1 hectare, she expanded her vineyards to 2.5 hectares. Most of the vineyards are dedicated to growing Pinot Noir, with Chardonnay making up only a small part. Occasionally, Dominique also grows Pinot Blanc, which was still used to produce the cuvée of her husband, the owner of the domain Piollot Pere et Fils, whose vineyards border Dominique Moreau's lands.
