Interesting facts
To create "Black Barrel", the specialists at Jameson spent 232 years searching for the optimal ratio of pure 12-year-old Irish whiskey and unique limited-edition grain whiskey. Maturation and aging of the drink occurs in pre-charred bourbon and sherry casks. As a result, the whiskey acquires an expressive flavor with hints of tropical fruits, spices, and piquant wood notes. Fans of the brand love the whiskey for its depth, luxurious finish, and unique aromatic bouquet. Dominic Rocco of "Whisky Advocate" awarded "Black Barrel" 90 points.
About the Manufacturer
The main advantage of Irish whiskey "Jameson" is its remarkable smoothness. The founder of the company, John Jameson, employs an innovative approach in production. It is worth noting that the Irish, unlike the Scots, have always sought to follow traditional technologies in the making of their national drink. However, the family motto of the Jameson family, Sine Metu (Without Fear), literally called for John to deviate from tradition. This led to the creation of the remarkable whiskey "Jameson", which today is the most popular among Irish whiskeys. This drink is favored by Pierce Brosnan and Sofia Coppola, and even Queen Elizabeth I was among its admirers.
