Albert Bichot Meursault Domaine du Pavillon AOC
Beautiful pale yellow with golden highlights.
Background tones of toasted wood and vanilla in the wine's aroma form the basis for notes of white peach and hawthorn flowers.
Deep, well-balanced, with a creamy texture, magnificent minerality, and crisp acidity. A blend of almond, peach, and lemon cream notes fills the long, flawless finish.
The wine pairs perfectly with delicate fish, crabs, lobsters, stewed poultry, and cheeses. Try it with chicken in cream sauce, risotto with porcini mushrooms, carpaccio with nut oil, scallops, and shrimp.

About the Manufacturer
Since 1350, the Bichot family has called Burgundy home. However, it was in 1831 that Bernard Bichot founded the trading house bearing his name in Monteli, a couple of kilometers south of Beaune. At the end of the 19th century, his grandson Albert Bichot redirected the family business and established the winery Maison Albert Bichot as we know it today. Since then, the family legacy has been passed down from father to son. The family crest, featuring a deer and antlers, has been synonymous with the winery since its inception. Since 1996, Albéric Bichot has represented the sixth generation of winery managers. The winery's mission is to use the best fruits to create the best wine and the best expression of terroir. In a constant pursuit to fulfill this mission, Albert Bichot has acquired 250 acres of vineyards in the most renowned wine regions of Burgundy. In addition to this winemaking experience, Albert Bichot takes great care in sourcing grapes, applying an extremely practical approach to vinifying many of its regional and village wines, allowing them to continuously supply high-quality wines. For this grapes sourced from our partner producers, quality and close collaboration are of utmost importance. Albert Bichot owns 6 estates located in the heart of 5 great wine regions that make up Burgundy: Chablis, Côte de Nuits, Côte de Beaune, Côte Chalonnaise, and Beaujolais. Each estate consists of vineyards cultivated using sustainable methods, as well as facilities, cellars, and specialized winemaking teams dedicated to the wines of this domain and region. The six estates include: 1. Domaine Long-Depaquit in Chablis; 2. Château Gris in Côte de Nuits (Nuits-St-Georges); 3. Domaine du Clos-Frantin in Côte de Nuits (Nuits-St-Georges); 4. Domaine du Pavillon in Côte de Beaune (Pommard); 5. Domaine Adeli in Côte Chalonnaise (Mercurey); 6. Domaine du Rochegres in Beaujolais (Moulin-à-Vent).
