Interesting facts
The youngest wine in the collection, most of the grapes come from young Rompesedas vines, a blend of crushed red and black fruits, dusty floral aromas, and a rich taste. Made from Tinta de Toro grapes from 40-year-old vineyards. After hand-picking, they are fermented in stainless steel tanks with extended maceration. Two pump-overs per day during fermentation and 18 months of aging in French and American oak barrels, half of which are new.
