"Castillo de Aresan" Bourbon Barrel Aged is a dry red wine made from selected Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown on the "Castillo de Aresan" estate's vineyards. The harvest is carried out when the grapes reach optimal ripeness. At the winery, the grapes undergo traditional vinification for red wines, followed by aging in bourbon barrels for 6 months. The grapes are grown in Spain, and the wine is bottled in France by the Les Grands Chais de France (GCF) group, the largest French producer and bottler. The wine pairs wonderfully with aged cheeses, game, ham, and roasted red meat.
