"Chateau Sergant" is a complex, elegant, mature red dry wine with the ability to be stored and develop over many years. Traditional aging in French oak barrels gives this great wine finesse and balance. The traditional blend of the wine consists of three grape varieties. The dominant Merlot, ideal for the Lalande de Pomerol terroir, makes the wine rounded and elegant; Cabernet Sauvignon gives a high aging potential, and Cabernet Franc improves the structure of the wine and makes its aroma rich and multifaceted. The wine "Château Sergant" is developed at the eponymous Château in collaboration with Hubert de Bouard, the owner of the famous Château Angélus.
