About the Manufacturer
The Costa Arente winery is located in the municipality of Grezzana (Virginia), in the heart of Valpantena, one of the valleys where prestigious Valpolicella wines are produced. In 2015, it was acquired by Genagricola Group, an agri-food giant that is part of Generali Italia Assicurazioni and owns a total of 780 hectares of vineyards located in 5 different regions of Italy. The aim of the purchase was to strive for the production of high-quality Amarone della Valpolicella, which would become one of the symbols of this precious territory even on an international level. The company boldly preferred the purchase of land and the launch of a new production reality over the simpler option of buying Amarone and branding it.
